Easter a la Tim Holz!

Tim posted the cutest pins using his bunny Alterations dies, so you know I had to try making my own! It was actually posted about a week and a half ago, when I had my nieces visiting, so the girls and I hit up a couple stores looing for wool felt and gave it a whirl. Very easy to make and so cute! These are the ones I have left, after sending some to my mom, my sister and the rest of my nieces. The large chocolate bunny just had to be made as well, and will most likely end up on an Easter layout.

I fluffed the bunnies' fur with an XActo knife blade (gently) to get that super fuzzy look.

Creative Chemistry Day 6

I'm definitely running behind on my classes, but I want to keep posting these as I finish the two weeks of classes. Day 6 was all about the brand-new Distress Markers, which I was lucky enough to snag a full set of prior to the classes. Two of the techniques today were simply to play with the markers and become familiar with their properties. The middle tag is my favorite so far.. I love the look of that stamp and how it all came out!
